Cancellations received by the HRVI office by ten days prior to event will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN TEN DAYS of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to hrvi.online@gmail.com. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the presentation begins.
